Fishing with Bob and Bruce Day 1 of 4...9/28/26

Due to time constraints and my needy/clingy dogs wanting attention I can’t do my usual long report.
Short report is, 41 kept out of close to 200 perch today (11pounds total…the 13” I caught was 1 pound even)
100 yards off of CIC complex, in 18’ of water. Fishing Addiction Flies and my homemade crappie rigs with chartreuse beads were working. Emerald Shiners from Hi-Way Bait were perfect for cutting in half.
Water temp was 64.4 degrees, and water was stained but not muddy.
We will be launching out of Mazurik’s tomorrow and heading north, I think.
